Using that information we educate you with observations, suggestions, as well as design and implementation strategies.
Consulting
We offer an initial consult free of charge to see if Worship Logistics is a good fit for your team.
Beyond the initial consult we will work to provide you a list of options with varying price-points to fit your budget.
Once we agree on one of the listed options we begin the evaluation and observation process.
The contracted elements will culminate in one of two ways:
- We'll provide you a report detailing observations, suggestions and evaluations.
- We'll provide you the report listed above AND will for an additional fee help you implement process and logistical changes with staff and existing equipment programming etc. In addition we'll aid you in finding an installer and/or AV integrator to make the detail design changes and integration as needed.
- For an additional fee we'll provide oversight on any physical installation and implementation as described by the report.
LOOKING FOR PERMANENT STAFF?
In the event that you're seeking a staff position centered around worship such as a Production Director, Worship Pastor, or Creative Director we provide consultation, guidance and a filtering element as well. Any positions you have posted with online listing resources become ours to do the heavy lifting and mundane sifting. Filtering through all the submissions of a new position increases your workload and takes time, productivity and excellence away from your ministry. Let us take that burden and you keep doing ministry at a high level.
Contracting
Worship Logistics also provides clients with 15 to 25 years of experience in audio, video, lighting and stage design. Our operators, programmers and engineers can operate at your facility when the need arises.
It all starts with a contact and scheduling confirmation. If travel is required we confirm at client cost and will do everything in our power to make it happen.

Prices range from $250 to $5,000 and up based on need and requirements. Any travel required is client pay and responsibility.
Contracting
It can be hard to fill all production positions on a regular basis or to have a standard for operations. We offer contract services for AVL and Staging to help pickup the slack when available.

Prices are based on day-rates unless otherwise negotiated ahead of time.
Typical day rate for AVL range from $350 to $500
Rates for stage design are billed hourly and are based on a $65/hr rate with an 8hr minimum.

Implementation
All of our design and consulting work is for basic design. All formal drawings will be in concert with an outside integrator in equipment installation and building refurbishments. Worship Logistics will provide a list of preferred providers. The client always has the freedom to choose it's own provider to implement changes based on contract or consulting recommendations.
